Tiny Tots

Ages 3–4Saturdays · 10–11 AM$125/mo

+ One-time Christmas show costume fee (up to $40)

Introduces preschool-aged children to movement, coordination, and gymnastics through fun, engaging activities built for young learners — developing balance, flexibility, body awareness, and confidence while encouraging social interaction and a love of activity.

For young athletes ready to begin the fundamentals of rhythmic gymnastics. Participants build flexibility, coordination, strength, and confidence while exploring beginner apparatus skills in a positive, encouraging environment.

Rising Stars

Builds on foundational skills while introducing more advanced techniques. Athletes continue developing flexibility, strength, posture, and apparatus handling while learning routines and improving overall athleticism.

Stretching & Strength

Ages 9–13Fridays · 5–6 PM$125/mo

A specialized class focused on flexibility, mobility, conditioning, and injury prevention. Built for gymnasts, dancers, cheerleaders, and athletes of all backgrounds. No prior gymnastics experience required.

Adult Stretching & Strength
